Dock Icon doesn't appear when activating nvU activated by Keyboard Maestro

Not sure if this is related to this issue, but I've got the Dock icon disabled, and when I activate nvU with a Keyboard Maestro action the Dock icon does *not* appear.

Among other things, this prevents the application from being hidden with Cmd-H (or with another KM action).

  Please describe exactly how you're activating via KM.

  Here's a screenshot. BTW, once I do this the window stays on screen and the dock icon stays hidden regardless of what I do, until I click the menubar icon.

  We'll look into this, but you have other options. Assign a shortcut key in Preferences and then trigger that with KM, or open the url "x-nvultra:". Either way will give you the expected response.

  That works, thank you!

  Actually I just set the keyboard shortcut in nvU, and the KM trigger takes care of the hide if nvU is in front.

  It is related to the other reported issue, and the behavior is adjusted for the next release.
