TIL, before I used .jpg and so I did the same again. I also have .png & .mov, so I have changed them all to %.jpg, %.png & %.mov. That appears to have done the trick. Thank you.

Thank you for investigating. I actually found this behavior quite by accident, some how clicking out of the Label column before I had entered anything. I'll be more careful next time!
