    Currently, commands that reference other applications are configured to use the "real" version.  MultiMarkdown Composer v5 has a different bundle ID, that may or may not change before it is official.

     

    If you set v5 as the default application for text files, then you can use the "Edit File(s)" command, along with the CMD-Shift-O shortcut to do the same thing with v5 (which is how I use it).
