Typeover Problem, mostly with [[]]
CompletedNot sure of the correct terminology so bear with me. If I type a thought and then add the [[ and ]] around the thought it correctly creates a new, linked note.
But if I type [[ and let it auto-insert ]] and then leave my cursor between them, I can't start typing the thought because many (but not all) letters are instantly selected when typed so the next letter typed replaces the previous letter.
Just made a tiny video to illustrate, but the typeover problem happened _without_ the [[]] too. Makes it kind of hard to use...

I am having the same problem.

Same here. I turned off all the smart editing preferences to see if that helped -- no change.
UPDATE
- created new blank note
- tried to use [[]] -- could not add text in the brackets
- tried to type plain text with no brackets -- could not add text
- went down a few lines and added a line of text
- went back to the top and now everything works
I seems that starting with the [[]] on the top line triggers the behavior. I've tested this with several notes.

Well, sort of Fletcher Penney. It also happens without the [[]] as well as Philip and I experienced. Hope the video helps?
