The two buttons on the left of search bar are confusing

2. nvUltra Feature Requests
Something so prominent should be more useful, I don’t see how useful it is, maybe add a preference to hide it.

Please tweak the app to be more visually compact. As a reference, just look at the usage of space in nvUltra vs nvAlt:
