Minor bug in renaming notes: old name stays in the list for a while

[Oops, Fletcher, I think I sent a support request about this earlier when I meant to post. Sorry!]

I'm not sure if this is new, but I couldn't find any reports of it. When I double-click and rename a note, the old name stays in the notes list alongside the new name. So if I rename "Note X" to "Note Y," and then type "note" in the filter bar, both Note X and Note Y will be listed. Note Y will correctly show the content; Note X will display the missing-document icon.

It's not a major problem because quitting the app clears out the old name. I'm guessing if there's a way to force nvUltra to reindex without quitting, that would probably do it too.

Are others seeing this too?

  This may be a side effect of the recent "jumping notes" fix.
