Mismatch auto-shown file when typing in search bar and final search result

While typing in the file/search bar, automatically the content of the top file of the results is shown. However when I have finished typing the term I'm searching for and my intended result is shown and the file is selected, its contents are not show. Still the content of the first shown file is visible. Only after selecting another file (which also contains the search term) and then reselecting the previous file, the correct contents are shown.

  I suspect this is a side effect of the recent fix for "stabilizing" the selected note in the notes list.

   

  I'll look into it, and thanks for pointing it out!

  I'd like to add that this issue seems to get triggered especially when I'm searching for entries (all md files) with the same initial letters one after another. That is, if I search for, say, metacriticism, everything seems to be working just fine until I next decide to look up meter or metaphor after that: the editor keeps showing the content of metacriticism even though the Note List has switched to the correct file. But if I now search for a file with different initial letters, say, irony, both the Editor and the Note List switch to the correct file. (It's worth noting that I don't have any other files beginning with iro- in this folder.) After looking up irony, however, if I decide to search for metaphor again or any other files beginning with met-, the editor shows the content of metacriticism again, though the Note List has switched to metaphor.

  Finally, if the file with the different initial letters is itself part of a series of files with the same initial letters, chances are the editor will again show the content of another file: for example, if I search for symbol after metacriticism, the editor shows the content of syllepsis.

  Fixed for next build.  I thought this was part of a more complex issue, but the fix for this portion was actually pretty straightforward once I identified where the problem occurred.  Thanks!!
