File Transclusion not working

I have a very simple file that includes two other files. In nvUltra it works. In MMDComposer5 it does not.  The image below shows the MMD5Composer5 image first, then the same file in nvUltra

  Sorry, my bad. Transclusion works. It has to be enabled in preferences.

  I'd like to return to this transfusion issue in MMD5. I have the identical problem as David L. first pointed out. However, I do have Enable File Transclusion checked in the preferences.  I have the same behavior in MultiMarkdown Composer.  And like the original post, it works fine in NvUltra.  Am I missing something else that should be checked in preferences or are we looking at a reportable bug.

  In fixing a different problem back in May, a new issue was created.  This should now be fixed for the next release (of nvUltra and Composer).

  Thank you Fletcher.  Looking forward to the update.  The transfusion is not a high priority for me as I can make it work in nvUltra. It was just a bit mystifying on my end. Glad to help with Beta reports and I look forward to the releases when the time comes.
