TOC links not responding

Fletcher, before I start: thanks so much for your new work on MultiMarkdown Composer. It's my favourite Markdown tool by far and I'm looking forward to paying for an upgrade.

So… with 5.0.0 (2022.03.14.00.41) the TOC entries in the sidebar appear to be clickable, but don't take me to the relevant parts of the document (or do anything else) when clicked. This is with macOS 12.2.1 on a Mac mini M1.

  Thanks -- I rewrote the TOC and related code over the weekend and left a piece turned off.  It's back on for the next version, and I just need to make sure it is working properly.

  Thank you. I didn't imagine this one had snuck though unnoticed :-) I'm now on 5.0.0 (2022.03.15.18.19) + macOS 12.3 and the TOC links are fine … except…

  …one thing i didn't mention is that I'm seeing the word "ERROR" in the sidebar. In this case it has something to do with headings, because it disappears if I change the level 2 heading to a level 1. Am I being stupid?
