Known Issues in MultiMarkdown Composer Beta

These are some known issues that do not need to be reported

* The help buttons in the preferences link to the nvUltra site (the preferences are very similar, but this will be changed once I create some documentation)

* <<The `Keep TOC Collapsed` option causes some flickering in the TOC while editing a subsection.  If this bothers you, leave the TOC Expanded instead.  I am trying to figure out how to resolve this.>>  (RESOLVED)
