Unpinning notes does not always work

I pinned a note and then tried to unpin it and am not able to. I restarted nvUltra, to no avail. Other notes I pinned I was able to unpin, but not this one.

Can you send a video (Quicktime player can do one) showing exactly what you're doing? You'll have to attach to a support ticket, not here in the forums.

Thanks for the video -- that note isn't pinned. It's actually named with the leading flag character (you can see it in the search box at the top.) That's also why it isn't at the top of the notes list and is below an unpinned note.
You'll have to rename the note to remove the flag character.

One explanation would be if you tried to rename a pinned file and left the flag in your new name. Next update will prevent you from doing that.
