All parentheses are included in markup

Parentheses are always included in markup and highlighted as such even if they don't follow brackets (i.e. in the middle of a sentence). Is that intended?

  Currently "parens" affects all parentheses.  If you want to change only the parenthetical portion of a link, you can use "linkParens" to change the parentheses and text inside them for links.

  At some point I'll look at supporting just changing the markup color on "linkParens" as well.

  I've been updating the theming code generation and documentation.

  You can now fully theme just the link parentheses.  This will be available in an upcoming release of nvUltra and Composer betas.
