Documentation for Text Expansion to override defaults
Completedhttps://nvultra.com/help/advanced-features#aftextexpansion
Mention how to override a default one (e.g. the date expansions): Use the same key in your own file. The file needs to sort alphabetically before "default" (e.g. aa.json or _zz.json).
Also, the JSON files have "key, expansion" but the doc says:
Each snippet has a “shortcut” and an “expansion.”
Perhaps instead:
Each snippet has a “shortcut” (i.e. key) and an “expansion”.

I would recommend deleting (or renaming) the expansion you don't want. It's not necessarily always true that things will be parsed alphabetically.

Okay then. I do not rename because these have good shortcut keys.
I assumed that the "default.json" file should not be edited. Does that get automatically updated with a future release?

If the installed version has not been touched, it is updated if I modify it.
If you have modified your copy, and I modify the "official" one, you would be asked before overwriting your copy.

Oh, nice.
