Insert date?

Hi, is there a way to insert the date, time and date time (preferably with a key combination) in the short format as set in the system preferences. For instance, in BBEdit I have made shift-ctrl-option-n (for "now") to get "2022-02-10 22:26" . (Unfortunately, BBE does not have just the date or time to insert.)

  The advanced preferences include options for text expansion, and you can modify the default expansions however you wish by editing the text files.

  There are sample expansions for time and date shortcuts.
