First-launch experience is a bit odd

Hey there. Hope this is the right place.
I've just had cause to set the beta up on a brand new user account and the first launch experience is a bit odd. I see a 'Navigator' window and ... that's all.
A quick 'File > New' sorted me out, but perhaps for any release version this could be a touch more friendly?

I can't replicate this. I created a brand new macOS account and ran nvUltra, and the "nvUltra Welcome" dialog box appeared, as expected.
