Crash w/latest release on Show Event Log

Hi, Fletcher. First, thank you for the new version.

So I just installed 2021.11.05.17.20 and was looking around the menu items. I hadn't noticed "Show event log" before so clicked on it, which opens a small window. 

Clicking on the red dot to close the window results in a crash.

Restarting nvUltra results in the same two windows (document window and event log window) opening again. Closing the Event Log window again causes a crash, so I can't close this Event window without crashing (I now regret my inquisitiveness).

Occasionally, restarting nvUltra after this crash will result in the Document window opening as well as Terminal starting up with the following trying to run (but hanging):

MacOS 11.5.2 on a 2019 16" MBPro.

  One more thing... In the instance when a Terminal window opens, exiting Terminal shuts down nvUltra.

  Re: crash when closing event log window -- I can't replicate this. If you send a crash report via a support ticket I will take a look.

   

  Re: the terminal -- that's a function of macOS, not nvUltra.

  I found an issue with the event log that will be fixed in an upcoming release.
