BUG - unwanted closing HTML tag visible when editing a heading

To reproduce:

- create a heading, doesn't matter at what level
- press return to make NVUltra add the closing #(s) 
- move back up to the heading and start editing it, adding or remove characters

You should see </h1> or </h2> etc. in the preview window.

Refresh preview doesn't fix this, though typing elsewhere in the editor usually does.

(and in the course of writing up this bug, the editor temporarily locked up entirely - the system was responsive but I was no longer able to type anything - changing notes fixed this)

Version 1.0.0 (2021.09.01.20.19), as ever on macOS Mojave (10.14.6)
