NVU crashes when deleting line break in this pattern

I can get NVU to crash consistently with the following:

1. In any new blank document with zero characters,
2. Press the return key twice
3. Press the arrow up key
4. Press the delete key

  Thanks for submitting.  This has actually already been fixed for an upcoming release.  (I love fixing bugs *before* they get reported if I can't fix them before they happen....  ;)
