[BUG] Undo after "full cleanup" isn't saved

Any undos to the text after running a "full cleanup" are not saved. Here's an example:

Initial state:

After running "full cleanup":

Inserting some arbitrary text:

And then undoing some of it:

And then reloading the file, and my undos are lost:

  I think it's related to the undo, and not the full cleanup.  Let me dig some more.

  Yep -- undo issue -- fixed for future release.

   

  BTW -- Be sure to migrate to the new beta if you want to see latest fixes.  It seems to be working properly, and we will probably merge the old beta update path to the new one soon.  See here  for more information.
