Support strikethrough text

The title says it all. I'm migrating from nvALT and rely heavily on strikethrough.

There are a couple related feature requests for more advanced to-do list support (see below), but I think supporting strikethrough is the simplest case.

  Especially since strikethrough was built into nvALT………
