Wiki-links are broken when NVSuppressWikiLinkCompletionExtensions is TRUE

Hi,

Since two or three versions ago, wiki-links are broken when hidden function 

NVSuppressWikiLinkCompletionExtensions = true 

is set.

So I'am using Wiki-links without file extensions: [[document-name]] in stead of [document-name.md]]

But when clicking the editor on a wikilink not the related document is opened nor a new file is generated (search bar becomes active and remains empty, as well the editor remains empty).  Turning NVSuppressWikiLinkCompletionExtensions off again, and including the file extension, it works again as expected.
