Help/question: Moving a lot of notes to a subfolder
CompletedI have one big folder of notes, `Notes/`. I've started keeping certain segregable kinds of notes in two subfolders, call them `Notes/B/` and `Notes/C/`.
Now I want to take everything in `Notes/` that is *not* in a subfolder and move it into `Notes/A/`. The point is to be able to open and use my original big folder of notes in nvUltra uncluttered by the stuff in the subfolders — but also be able to open `Notes/` to get truly everything if I need it.
My question: If I use the Finder to move everything from `Notes/` to `Notes/A/`, am I causing myself any problems down the road? I tried a couple test files, and it looks like at least some of the metadata remains unchanged through the move — i.e., the Date Created and Date Modified fields are the same after moving. (Important, because I typically sort by created or modified.)
I'm just wondering if there's anything I'm not taking into account that I should think about before I do this wholesale.
Thanks!

nvUltra doesn't track anything that doesn't come from the file itself. This is intentional so that you can manage your files as you like, and nvUltra will make note of your changes.
Reorganize away!
