Different themes/appearances for different folders?

Is there a way to make different folders appear different — whether through themes or some other way? If not, consider this a feature request. I often have 2-3 folders open at a time, and I would love a way to distinguish them at a glance. Even just being able to change a color in the window would be great.

  Each window has always been able to have its own theme and CSS selection.
