[BUG] Hang when clicking internal wiki-link in preview (Build 75)
CompletedI just upgraded to nvUltra 1.0.0 (75). I opened the Preview view on a file that had an internal wiki-link to another file in the same directory, and I clicked on the link in the Preview instead of Command-Clicking on the Markdown source link. That caused nvUltra to hang with the spinning beach ball of death, and after waiting several minutes hoping it would clear on its own, I had to do a Force Quit. When I opened nvUltra back up, there was a very unexpected filename showing in the search box:
Notes - OBFUSCATED - 2021–<span id="MMDHTMLSCROLLPOINT" style="font-size:0px;position:absolute;left:10px;">.</span>01–04.md
It turns out that it had created some sort of folder containing a 0-byte file where the '/' in the '</span>' tag became the directory separator:

I'm running nvUltra on a MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.2.1.

I thought I had the JavaScript in the preview compensating for the scroll point marker already, but apparently not. Will revisit this before the next update.
