[bug] File becomes unselected on new line (beta 69)

Apologies if this has been reported already, but in Beta 69 in Catalina 10.15.7, I'm getting a strange behaviour where I'm editing a note and I hit Return to create a new line and all of a sudden the main note editing area becomes blank and the note becomes unselected in the file list (screen grab attached).
I can go back to editing the note by clicking on the file name, and it's saved and up to date.
I've got my files in a Dropbox folder.. could that be issue?

Correction — I don't even need to hit return to elicit this behaviour. Happens when I'm just typing too, sometimes.

This is still happening — my suspicion is that this may have to do with Dropbox re-syncing changes to the file. I'm going to pause Dropbox and see if I still see the (intermittent) behaviour.

Hey — thanks for checking. I haven't seen this once since I upgraded! I'll probably do some more heavy duty note making on Sunday, so I'll let you know if that crops up.
