Suggestion: Open Theme Window
At the bottom of the Select Theme menu list, I recommend a line divider and then a choice for Open Theme Folder. For people that only occasionally reference Themes, a good shortcut.

I found the button in Preferences. You still might consider above, I have seen it in several programs.

Will consider, but if only accessing the Themes folder infrequently (which I suspect is most users), there is little need to clutter the menu bar when the buttons are available in the preferences. Especially since some of the folders (e.g. Dictionary/Expansion) don't have a clear place in the menu bar.
