[Suggestion] Files to include

Hi -

I'd find the option to specify which files to include (rather than ignore) to be way more useful - given that there are only a limited set of file types I would want indexed but an almost infinite set of undesirable ones.

  Will consider this for the future, but the design philosophy for nvUltra is to work with (almost) all files in a folder, so an ignore list fits better than an allow list.  Especially since there is such a wide range of "valid" text file extensions.
