Lag when entering wiki links
CompletedIf I type [[ and then start typing the name of a file I wish to link to, it seems as though NVUltra doesn't discard my previous keystrokes and attempts to do the autocomplete for each letter I've typed one by one, resulting in a jerky/laggy experience where I type something quickly and am waiting for it to catch up.
I have around 6,000 notes in the folder.

Currently the wiki completion reindexes when called, which is obviously slower when there are that many notes.
I'll cache the results and only reindex (which is necessary to detect whether files have been changed on disk) less frequently. For now, it will only update the completion data every 10 seconds (at most). This can be tweaked later, but increasing the delay too much increases the chances that a new file won't be available when you try to type it.
(This is different than the content indexing that occurs for the notes list, and simply involves updating the autocompletion index based on the file index. It is much faster.)

(Thanks for pointing this out, BTW!)
