Preferences Editing "Skip line between list items" seems to work opposite

Hi,

It seems something has changed in preferences. I've set "Skip line between list items" turned on, but on a return, an additional line is added between the line. When turning off, no extra line is added.

Seems like the preferences name should be "Add extra line between list items"

  When the box is checked, the editor skips a line in between list items.   When it is turned off, list items end up on consecutive lines with no intervening blank line.

   

  When I try it, it works correctly.  And I think, from your description, it is working correctly for you.

   

  What am I missing?
