Can't swap notes list and content view (62)

Hi there,

I had the issue of an empty notes window when I updated to 62. I deleted the preferences, and got my notes window back.

But then I tried to check the 'Swap notes list and content view' toggle in the General/Appearance preferences, and each time I do, I lose the notes list entirely. When I quit and relaunch, I get the blank window again. And when I flip the toggle back, quit and relaunch, I get the notes list back, but on the left side.

In other words, I don't seem to be able to get the notes list back to the right.

This is a regression related to the changes in buid 62 (and may have been the cause of the empty window to begin with?)

Fixed for next release -- until then, leave the notes list on the left.
