[BUG] Wikilinks don’t auto-update on creation in preview.

Cosmetic Issue. When I create a wikilink, it renders in plain text in the preview on creation.
Navigating to a different document, then returning to the file with the wikilink, renders the wikilink as expected.

Just type something after editing the wiki link. While editing there is some hidden markup that appears that is probably disrupting the wikilink processing. But as you keep writing, it is updated on the next edit.

I noticed this behavior today. Seems like it was fixed a year ago? But may be back? I'm getting into the habit of typing a period or space or something after my wikilinks just to trigger them to render as clickable links in the preview pane.
