FR: Hash-tag system enhancement

Please, give a little more love to hash-tags! Here are some areas for enhancement:

- make tags clickable (in the editor and in the preview). When clicking on a tag, it should go to the Search/Create bar to filter notes.
- tag auto complete in editor
- bulk tag management
