    That's going to be font dependent -- if the font you select doesn't have Cyrillic characters(is that the proper term?), macOS/iOS chooses a different font for those characters.  It tries to choose an appropriate font, but obviously that is not always possible and there will sometimes be a visible difference.

     

    What font are you using?  It looks like you are using Avenir.  Do the same thing in TextEdit, and you'll see the same result.

    Sorry, I did not mentioned this: this is the default font:

    I never changed it. So, this may be a good idea to choose a font, which have many characters sets to be set a default one?

    Just checked this out. Only two of six fonts which were set as default fonts have Cyrillic letters: OpenDyslexic3 and SF Pro Text.

    You can use any font you like.
