Increase ATX Header Level : Shortcut not working?

Fully acknowledging this may just be a PEBCAK, but I cannot get “Increase ATX Header Level” to fire with the default ⌥+⌘+]. Decrease works great. Mapping the keystroke to other things works great. Cannot find this combo is mapped to anything else.

May I just get a validation this works for other people or does, in fact, not fire with that keyboard shortcut?

  Works fine for me.

   

  But doesn't mean it's a PEBCAK....

   

  What language/localization is your system running in?  Any other third party apps running in the background?

  Good call–I’d started systematically killing background-apps after you’d confirmed it *does* work. Sure enough, one of my little-used utilities had that keystroke default-mapped for an edge-case scenario.
