Prevent smart quotes in wikilinks
The text of Wikilinks apparently is affected by the "smart quotes" algorithm before being converted to links, so that both the link text and the actual link gets the modified punctuation. This makes it impossible to link to notes with e.g. non-curly quotes while using smart quotes in nvUltra, as the prettified link will not match the original file name but create a new file.
In response to a bug report where the problem turned out to be caused by this, Fletcher simply recommended to turn smart quotes off.
I now suggest as a feature request that wikilinks should be excluded when processing smart quotes just like how it's done for code blocks. This would of course prevent also the link text from being prettified, but I guess most would prefer working links over better looking but useless links?
