Search suggestions override typed case
CompletedUsing v51. In one folder I have some files with a similar naming scheme, e.g.:
Flyer - der erste
Flyer - der zweite
Flyer - Some Titel
etc.
The problem: I want to create a similar file with UPPERCASE characters in it (an acronym), e. g.:
Flyer - DEGEMED
So, I type "Flyer - DE" … at that point nvULTRA jumps in and finds/suggests "Flyer - der erste". If I ignore that (as my aim is to create a new file) and type along, I end up with "Flyer - deGEMED", giving me lower case for the characters that matched another file name. So, the search result overrides my typing. Finding on the fly is nice (and one of the main reasons I like nvALT and nvUltra), but IMO the search bar should *never* change what I have typed.
I checked nvALT for it's behavior on these file constellation: my impression is, that nvALT takes the case into account when searching. So, typing "Flyer - DE" will not find "Flyer - der erste" but it will also not change my typing and allows me to create the file name the way I wanted it. I'd prefer that behavior.
