Can't create file that is a substring match for existing file in v51

Given a file named "2020-03-03 Foo", I can create a new file named "2020-03-03 Bar", but I can't seem to create a file named "2020-03-03" in the same directory.

 

I believe that this behavior is new as of version 51 (maybe version 50)
