"Frozen search results"

I experienced this behaviour in build 48, not sure about build 49 yet.
This happens after having limited the notes shown by searching for a specific keyword.
After following an external link from the preview pane in one of the filtered notes and coming back to nvUltra, the list of notes available will be frozen.
Basically, nvUltra behaves as if only the filtered notes are available. Following wikilinks to other existing docs simply have no effect, and also the searching for a document not included in the filtered list will not work. nvUltra will rather create a new document with the same name than opening the existing on not included in the filtered notes list.
Closing and reopening the notes folder will bring about again all the notes in that folder, a complete restart of nUltra is not necessary.

Have you experienced this in 49? I can't replicate with what you have described here.
