strange behaviour inside header

this is a weird one :

using build 47

if i have a headlng with a link eg ``#### headline[some link]`` and some text underneath.

when i click between the 'e' and the square bracket and hit return i get this :

if this is not clear and you need further info let me know

Are you referring to it adding the additional hashes at the end of the headline, or something else?

that and the appearance of the additional [some link] above the the text on a new line

I was able to get some incorrect behavior with the smart enter features in headers. Will work on improving the algorithm, but if you disable those features, the problem should go away.

It's related to a bug when the header functionality was enabled, but title casing was turned *off*. Fixed for next update, but in meantime either disable both heading features, or enable both.
