File creation and editing process

So this was the process before:

1. ⌘L highlighted the modal bar.
2. Typed the name of the new file.
3. Hit enter. That created the new file and the newly created file was selected in the sidebar.
4. Hit tab. The cursor was in the editing window for the new file.

This is the process now:

1. ⌘L highlighted the modal bar.
2. Typed the name of the new file.
3. Hit enter. The new file is created but it is not highlighted in the sidebar. I have to select it manually and then hit tab to start editing the new file.

  This was a regression error fixing another issue.  Fixed for next release.
