Tag search & select problem in version 45

I just updated to version 45 of nvUltra and discovered a new problem: when I search tags using "tag:", if the search string brings up multiple tags, I am unable to select the first option in the list. nvUltra appears to be waiting for a tag search string that produces a single result before allowing me to select a tag. I hope that makes sense.

  Not sure I'm following you, or I can't reproduce it.  When I search for a tag, I am able to select any one of the options, either with mouse or arrow keys, including the first, last, or in between.

   

  Can you explain in more detail, or send a screencast?
