Unsure what's happening here, but when I try to remove a blank line, the entire section reformats.  Just upgraded to beta v44 and can confirm same functionality.

  You have differing numbers of tabs on the various lines, and the elastic tabstops feature enabled.  Fix your tabs (e.g. insert a tab before "Discuss vNuma", or delete extra tabs on the other lines (my guess would be the first problem, not the second).  Alternatively, you can disable elastic tabstops if you prefer.

   

  Show Invisible Characters can help you identify where you have extra tabs if you need help.

  Thanks!  I have some misalignment of tab/spaces.  showing invisible made it clear.  My error.
