[Bug] Preview Not Refreshing After External Edit

I don't know if this is true of *.md files as well (I haven't tested it), but at least with *.html files, if I have an external editor (such as BBEdit) open on a given file and I make a change to the file, the change is synced back to nvUltra, but nvUltra's preview of the file isn't updated.

  The preview update is triggered by changes made within the editor, not on every change made to the file.

  I can tell. If I'm editing it in BBEdit, save, then switch back to nvUltra, the preview window won't have been updated. If I type a random character then immediately delete it again, the preview updated is triggered.

  However, it seems to me that if nvUltra is currently previewing a particular file, and that file is changed on disk by an external program, then nvUltra's preview window should update as well.
