    This should be resolved by deleting your current themes and letting nvUltra write out updated versions. Use Preferences->Appearance->Open Themes Folder to locate them.

    I'll need to update a more formal write-up for the themes in nvUltra, since they do work a bit differently than MultiMarkdown Composer (http://support.multimarkdown.com/kb/composer-v4/multimarkdown-composer-v4-themes)

     

    But the part in particular for this is `darkWindow` and `lightWindow` -- in 10.14+, you can force a window to use dark or light appearance so that the chrome matches the colors.  If neither of these is set to `true`, then the colors may not match properly (e.g. using a dark background color with light aqua chrome...)
