Initial Window Size

By default, upon first installation, the nvultra window seems like it takes up roughly 1/4 of the screen, centered. As a writer, I tend to like to work in a distraction-free environment with my editor taking up ALL of the screen. It might be nice to start out the default window size equal to the maximum screen size (though not jumping all the way to full-screen mode).

  You can, of course, set the window to be whatever size you like.  Once set, nvUltra remembers the size that you use for each folder and reapplies it when the folder is opened again in the future.
