Image attributes doesn't work

I can't get the following image attributes to work in nvUltra and Marked 2.

This is the error shown when it is previewed in Marked 2

The same image attributes do work in MultiMarkdown Composer preview.

The help file examples were very useful but I would also like to know the full set of image attributes that are supported in multimarkdown.

  This is actually a Marked 2 report more than an nvUltra report. But to answer the question here, your syntax is fine you just need a blank line before the definition.
