Line Number Dimming

Line numbers could be somewhat dimmer and less prominent in the default theme, with perhaps a tad more padding in the line number gutter. I'd suggest just toning it down to more of a gray than a high-contrast black. VSCode's "Atom One Light" theme handles this well.

  The next release will allow you to specify a `lineNumberColor` in the theme to customize the color if you desire.  The default matches the foreground color if none is specified (same as current behavior).
