Incorrect rendering of Markdown indicators

The asteriks immediately before the word Gebouwblok is rendered differently from the others. I would expect it to be gray like the others instead of black. There are no other asterisks or other markup indicators in the excerpt that this screen shot was taken from except for the ones that are shown. That single black asterisk remains black even after scrolling it off the top or the bottom of the screen.

  Frank -- thanks for sending the steps to reproduce.  I updated the highlighting engine to catch this edge case.  Will continue to look for others.
