Shortcut clash between alignment and header adjustment
CompletedThere is a shortcut clash between the "standard default" shortcuts used for rich text alignment, and the commands that exist for adjusting the hierarchical level of the ATX-style header on the current line. `⇧⌘[` and `⇧⌘]`, on an English keyboard anyway, equate to `⌘{` and `⌘}`, which are used for `Format ▸ Text ▸ Align Left` and `.. ▸ Align Right`, respectively.
Personally, I would question the utility of alignment settings in a text editor, but I suppose one might have a preference, so why not. But they probably do not need to have the status of having shortcuts, even if they are standard to the system. So taking them away is one solution.

The alignment commands are useful (at least somewhat) for those who use RTL languages in some documents, but not all, and need a way to modify the alignment on the active file.
We'll consider a few different options.
Thanks!
