    It is Cmd-Backspace if the notes list is focused, but not while the search field or the edit pane are focused (because that should be delete-to-beginning-of-line). It's a bit frustrating if coming from NV if you're used to the shortcut there, but I frequently intended the text editing behavior and accidentally deleted my note in nvALT, so I think this is the smarter setup.

    I appreciate the distinction -- I regularly almost delete notes in a couple other notes apps because I hit cmd-backspace expecting it to delete to the beginning of the line. (I say almost because at least one of the apps defaults to warning you that this deletes the note, giving me a chance to escape out.)

    That's what I originally tried, but it didn't seem to work. It does now, so it was probably user error. Sorry.
